The area where most couples argue the most is in regards to the paint, not just in the color selection but also with the type of paint is also extremely important. Today let us categorize the different paints that you see in the television ads: Distempers : They are lime-based wall coating systems. The Needed Privacy

Image
Allow me the privilege, to be honest with my readers. I had a sister who is 11 years older than me and we grew up in a house for rent with just 2-bedrooms, my parents had one and my sister and I shared the other. By the time I reached teenage my sis had already migrated to Bangalore for her higher studies and then her job and found herself settled over there. I technically grew up with a room all to myself and whatever privileges that came with it I had never consciously thought of it. I would often hear my friends exclaim how lucky I was. Looking back now, I realize the advantageous position I was in and truth be told I have indeed taken full advantage of my privacy. Have I done things that my parents would otherwise frown upon? most definitely yes. When my cousins and friends whose kids are nearing that age ask me for advice, I tell them with much sincerity in my heart, to indeed give the kids their much-needed privacy and as a fair example, I state myself. Look at me; I ...

Floor Cleaning Tips

Image
A question I get asked most often is a simple way to keep one’s floors clean. The problem arises when the type of floors changes for each household and NO, they do not change based on houses for rent or houses for sale. Today let us discuss the ways to clean different types of floorings. • Hardwood floor: Simply mix ¼ cup of mild or pH-neutral soap with water in a bucket, then damp-mop using a dry microfiber cloth to wipe up any excess moisture. • Vinyl Floor: Gently mix 1/4 cup vinegar in a 16-ounce spray bottle with 1 drop of dish soap and warm water. Spray the floor one section at a time and wipe with a damp microfiber mop as you go. • Bamboo floor: It is the sturdiest of all types. Simply mix ¼ cup of mild or pH-neutral soap with water in a bucket, then damp-mop using a dry microfiber cloth to wipe up any excess moisture. • Natural Stone Flooring: Even a small amount of the acidic liquid could damage stone floors, as could bleach and ammonia, so simply mop with a microf...

It is a well-known fact that the Real Estate field is a male-dominated business. The ratio of the sexes is beyond comparison, but lately, there has been a general increase in women participation in this field. This is mainly because the Indian Real Estate has grown exponentially over the recent years and has attracted a lot of foreign clients. In such a scenario limiting the sector to only one segment or sex restricts the growth considerably. This century saw the light being shed into the veil of women employment and there is absolutely no discrimination between the sexes in big named companies. A suitable working environment is a major factor in it.  In the Real Estate Industry being a woman has its advantages as well. It is scientifically proven that woman can multitask better than males and can juggle between work and family better than their male counterpart. Not to mention the inbuilt quality of persistence and empathy in the woman blood, are excellent selling points from ...
